No severe injuries were reported in a crash involving a NJ Transit bus in Newark's Central Ward Thursday night.
It happened around 8:17 p.m. in the 100 block of Clinton Avenue.
NJ Transit officials said the driver of an SUV struck the side rear of the #39 bus.
About a half dozen individuals on the bus were treated after complaints of pain, but authorities said no severe injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
