Police are investigating a car crash that caused delays on a highway in Newark Monday morning.
It happened in the southbound lanes of Route 1&9 near Raymond Boulevard shortly before noon when the driver of the car somehow lost control and crashed the overturned on the highway.
EMS arrived on the scene to evaluate the driver who suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The crash caused some delays until the vehicle was towed from the scene.
