There were non-fatal injuries reported for the driver of a car who crashed then overturned on a street in irvington Saturday morning.
Police are attempting to determine if a woman who suffered a minor injury was indeed the driver of the car that somehow lost control then crashed on Lehigh and Union avenues.
Officials say the impact of the crash caused the vehicle to overturn directly in front of the Irvington South Mini Precinct just before 5:50 a.m.
A good Samaritan assisted the woman out of the vehicle and stated that she was the only person inside when he arrived.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Irvington Township Police Department.
