Police in Plainfield are investigating a car crash that sent one person to the hospital overnight.
According to reports, the accident happened near the intersection of Rock Avenue and South 2nd Street at around 2:30 a.m. where upon their arrival, they found a car that collided with a pole at that location.
The victim was transported to Robert Wood Johnson Trauma Center suffering a severe head injury reports said.
There were no other injuries immediately reported.
