A peeping tom was accused of taking pictures of females undressing in unisex dressing rooms at local Target store.
According to police, the subject was observed taking pictures of females on Aug. 29th and Sept. 9th in the Target dressing room.
The suspect has been observed entering the unisex dressing room and then uses his phone to take pictures of females changing in the stall next to him, by reaching under the stall with his phone, police added.
He was last seen fleeing in an older dark colored BMW, 4-door with tinted windows.
