According to police, at 6:19 a.m. Communications Bureau received several calls reporting a bad accident on RT 129 south and Lalor St. Police, fire, and ambulance were detailed and located two vehicles, a white ford van and red sedan.
Police say one of the passengers in the white van succumbed to his injuries.
The remaining victims sustained non-life threatening injuries. Police say there were no pedestrian Struck or ejections from the vehicle.
According to police, neither alcohol or speed appears to have been a factor in the cause of the accident. Det. Craig Kirk is investigating the cause of the accident.
