Emergency responders are on the scene of an overturned vehicle with at least one person injured at this time on I-80 in Paterson.
According to preliminary reports, firefighters and rescues crews were called to the westbound lanes of I-80 near exit 57 at approximately 10:15 a.m where crews found a pickup truck overturned on the grassy portion of the highway.
Rescue crews were able to extricate one person from the vehicle then transport them to St. Joseph's Hospital in stable condition.
The crash caused some delays in the westbound lanes as crews worked to upright then clear the truck from the highway.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
