Firefighters are on the scene of a fire that's tearing through a house in Irvington Township at this time.
According to preliminary reports, heavy fire ripped through the roof of a single-family house located in the teens block of Ellery Avenue just before 11:45 a.m.
Crews arrived to find thick smoke and flames engulfing the home with extensions to several vehicles, according to officials.
EMS rushed to the scene for one victim who suffered serious injuries.
As of 12:10 p.m., the fire has snot been declared under control.
