According to preliminary reports, police were called to the northbound lanes of the highway near exit 155 after they received reports of a crash with injuries.
According to reports, upon arrival, officers found as many as seven vehicles involved in a collision with two victims pronounced dead.
A medevac helicopter was called to the scene for several people suffering severe injuries.
The crash has closed all northbound lanes on the Parkway as police investigate the cause of the crash at this time.
