Police in Newark seeks the public’s help in locating a suspect who attacked another man with a box cutter, leaving him with cuts that required 100 stitches.
According to a statement released by police, Mr. Edwin “Cito” Pabon Saldana, 41, is wanted for aggravated assault following an altercation at 606 N. 6th Street on May 2nd.
Police described Saldana as 5-feet, 10-inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds.
