The Jersey City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Diamond Ruiz, who has been reported missing since September.
Authorities say Diamond’s prolonged absence has raised serious concern, and they are urging residents, community members, and media outlets to share the official Be On The Lookout (BOLO) alert widely in an effort to bring her home safely.
According to information approved for full public release, the case remains active as investigators continue their efforts to locate the juvenile.
Anyone with information regarding Diamond Ruiz’s whereabouts is strongly encouraged to contact the Jersey City Police Department’s Juvenile Bureau at 201-547-5424 or the Missing Persons Unit at 201-547-5427 immediately.
Officials stress that even the smallest piece of information could assist in safely reuniting Diamond with her family.
