Authorities are investigating circumstances surrounding the death of a New York man, whose body was found Monday in a Port-o-John at a Franklin Avenue construction site.
According to police, officers were called to the scene at approximately 6:45 a.m. where the body of an unidentified 37-year-old Warwick, N.Y. man was found.
Although the cause of death has not been determined, police believe its an apparent overdose.
The identity of the victim is being withheld at this time.
