Police and investigators are on the scene for a body found floating in the Rahway River in Cranford.
Police were called to area of Centennial Avenue and North Avenue East sometime before 11 a.m. where they recovered the unidentified person dead at that location.
The investigation is active and ongoing.
The identity, gender, or circumstances behind their findings have not been released .
