A Bloomfield convenience store was among several New Jersey locations that sold winning Powerball tickets in Wednesday night’s drawing, as the jackpot surged to an estimated $1.5 billion with no grand-prize winner nationwide.

According to New Jersey Lottery officials, two Powerball tickets worth $200,000 and eight tickets worth $50,000 were sold across the state for the midweek drawing.

One of the $50,000 tickets was purchased at Krauszer’s Food Store on Broad Street in Bloomfield, Essex County.

The two $200,000 tickets were sold at QuickChek on West Main Street in Rockaway, Morris County, and through Lotto.com.

Lottery officials said both winners added the $1 Power Play option, which quadrupled the value of their second-prize tickets.

The remaining $50,000 tickets were sold at the following locations:

Phil and John Grocery on Kennedy Boulevard in Bayonne, Hudson County

In addition, $50,000 winning tickets were sold to players who used the Jackpocket app in Burlington County and Jackpot.com in Ocean County.

Lottery officials said all of the New Jersey winning tickets matched four numbers plus the Powerball.

The winning numbers for Wednesday’s drawing were 25, 33, 53, 62, and 66. The Powerball number was 17, and the Power Play was 4x.

No ticket nationwide matched all six numbers to claim the $1.27 billion jackpot, pushing the estimated top prize for Saturday night’s drawing to $1.5 billion.

The cash option is valued at approximately $686.5 million.

If won, lottery officials noted the jackpot would rank as the seventh-largest Powerball prize in U.S. lottery history.
