Police in Bergenfield request assistance from the community to help reunite the disoriented woman with her family.
Officials say the elderly woman was found walking on New Bridge Road in the area of Woodbine Street.
According to authorities, through translation, the only information obtained is that she was visiting family in the area.
Police added that her name is unknown at this time.
