The Essex County Sheriff’s Crime Stopper Program is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest in the hit and run of Barbara Minor, 70, of Newark.
On Thursday, Dec. 4, the victim was struck in killed around 4 p.m. near Sanford and South Orange Avenues. She was later pronounced dead at University Hospital.
