The suspicious death of a two-year-old boy in Newark has authorities from the Essex County Prosecutor's Office investigating.
An autopsy report will determine the cause of death for Al-Kaseem Williams, who was taken to University Hospital on Monday afternoon and pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
According to preliminary reports, Williams was found unconscious and unresponsive inside his home by a family member shortly after 3 p.m.
There have been no charges immediately filed.
