Authorities Identify Woman Found Dead in Atlantic City

Law enforcement is investigating the death early Tuesday morning of an Atlantic City woman, Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Diane Ruberton announced.

Atlantic City Police responded to a home on the 300 block of North Tennessee Avenue, at 4:22 a.m. for a report that a 23- year-old Atlantic City woman had been found dead inside the home.

Atlantic City EMS, AtlanticCare paramedics, and detectives of the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit also responded.

The victim - later identified as Jacqueline Hoyle, 23 years old, of Atlantic City, was pronounced dead by medical personnel at the scene.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Atlantic City Police Department continue the investigation.

An autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow, Dec. 22nd.
