Police have identified the 58-year-old motorcyclist killed Monday morning in Hamilton Township.
Officials say that following an investigation into the crash, no charges are being filed against the 35-year-old Hamilton driver whose name has not been made public.
According to authorities, Walter Harris Jr., 58, of Hamilton, was attempting to cross the intersection of Franklin Corner Road and the Brunswick Pike stretch of Route 1 when a Volkswagen Jetta sedan struck him.
Officials say Harris was pronounced dead at the scene shortly before 12:30 a.m.
