Authorities have released the identity of the 39-year-old Paterson man killed Wednesday in a single-vehicle crash.
According to officials, responded to East 33rd Street sometime around 4:30 a.m. for a report of a crash with injuries.
Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office said the minivan - driven by Dane Johnson, of Paterson - veered off the road and struck a utility pole.
Police say Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no occupants in the minivan and no other injuries reported.
