Authorities have identified the 65-year-old man killed Friday in a fatal house fire.
Firefighters responded to the Lynnwood Avenue home shortly after 2 p.m. for a report of a house fire.
Officials say the lone resident - later identified as David R. Lapsley - died after the fire broke out.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
