Atlantic City Man Arrested for the Fatal Shooting of Pennsylvania Man

Atlantic County authorities announced that Kenneth Creek, 48, of Atlantic City, was arrested in the early morning hours on Wednesday, January 19, in Atlantic City by members of the United States Marshals Service, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Atlantic City Police Department.

According to officials, Creek had been wanted on Murder and Weapons charges since August 2022 for the alleged murder of Jordan Eaddy.

On Thursday, August 25, at approximately 12:06 a.m., the Atlantic City Police Department responded to a Shot Spotter Alert in the area of the 1300 Block of Baltic Avenue.

According to Atlantic City Police, officers located a male gunshot victim. The man was subsequently pronounced deceased.

Police say the male was later identified as 31-year-old Jordan Eaddy from Philadelphia, PA.

Creek and his codefendant, Aaron Callahan, were indicted on Tuesday, November 29, by an Atlantic County Grand Jury.

Authorities say Aaron Callahan was indicted on counts of First-Degree Murder, First-Degree Conspiracy to Commit Murder, Second-Degree Unlawful Possession of a Handgun Without a Permit, and Second-Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose.

Kenneth Creek was indicted on counts of First-Degree Murder, First-Degree Conspiracy to Commit Murder, Second-Degree Unlawful Possession of a Handgun Without a Permit, Second- Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, and Second-Degree Certain Persons Not to Have Weapons or Ammunition.
