Armed Robbery of Paterson Gas Station Leaves Employee Injured

A Power Gas employee was shot after attempting to stop a robbery at the gas station last night, according to police.

Police said that at approximately 11:20 p.m, two masked men entered the 21st Avenue food market station demanding money.

A 44-year-old employee intervened and was shot in the forearm by one of the robbers who than fled the scene. 

Victim was transported to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition.
