A Thursday evening armed robbery of a liquor store in Newark's North Ward has police on the search for the suspects.
Police are looking for a black male suspect who wore a grey hoodie and grey sweat pants when he pointed a weapon at an employee inside the store located in the 300 block of Bloomfield Ave. at around 5 p.m., taking an unspecified amount of cash before fleeing in a light colored van.
No one inside the store was hurt.
