A reported armed robbery that happened in the city has Police in Newark investigating.
Police responded to the area of Chancellor Ave. and Schley Street shortly before 3 a.m. where they located a male victim who reported being robbed by two black males who were armed with a weapon.
The suspects reportedly took personal possessions and the keys to the victim's vehicle before fleeing the scene in the vehicle.
A description of the vehicle was not immediately available.
There were no injuries reported.
