Police in East Orange are looking into a reported armed robbery that occurred at a gas station in the city Thursday morning.
According to preliminary reports, authorities are were called to the intersection of Prospect and William streets after reports of an armed robbery in progress at before 3:45 a.m.
Units arrived and began a search for two male suspects who reportedly produced a weapon during the course of the robbery.
The pair took an unknown amount of proceed before they fled the scene.
There were no physical injuries reported.
