Armed Men Rob Exxon Gas Station in Montclair

Police in Montclair are looking for suspects wanted for a commercial armed robbery today.

Officers responded to the Exxon Gas Station on a report of an armed robbery around 4 a.m. on Bloomfield. 

Police said the victim reported that he was standing inside the gas attendant vestibule with the sliding door open.

According to police, the victim reported three males walked up to the vestibule and one grabbed him by the neck and pointed a silver handgun at him, demanding money.  

One of the other males then went into the victim’s pockets and grabbed his cash from working that night (approximately $120).  

All three males then left and ran south on Elm Street out of view.  

The suspects were described as three black males, all between the ages of 18-21, all three males were wearing black sweatpants and black hooded sweatshirts, two had black ski masks on and one had a red and black ski mask.
