AMNESTY: RLS Metro Breaking News Want to Get Your Image, News Story Off of Our Platform

Management wants to take this holiday season to remove images and news stories off our platform of those whose circumstances have been resolved, expunged by the courts, individuals or teens previously deemed missing, or those who have served their jail sentences and no longer pose a threat to our society.

Our staff reserve **ALL** rights to consider on a case by case matter on which articles that will be removed from our servers beginning Friday, November 29, 2019, through Sunday, December 15, 2019.

**Here is what you need to do:**

1. Contact our research crews via Facebook inbox (ONLY) between the hours of 9 am and 6 p.m. daily. The person requesting information in the inbox MUST be the person seeking assistance.

2. Provide a brief statement on who you are, a link of the article you are requesting to be removed, info on why you feel it should be removed, proof of expungement, or withdrawal letter. If you were missing, evidence that police have located you.

3. Anything that will help our staff assist in getting this information off of our servers.

**If we approve your request, you will need to do the following:**

1. Go to your nearest food pantry, shelter, Goodwill, Salvation Army, church or non-profit organization etc who are collecting items then donate food, new or used clothing or service not worth less than $20 or not exceeding $30

*Cash/money contributions are NOT recommended- Do NOT send cash or any money to RLS Media.

2. Obtain a letter and receipt stating that you have contributed.

3. The article and images will be taken down off of our server in 2-5 business days after you have provided a receipt or confirmation that we approve and can confirm.

4. If the story is of a missing teen, a parent or guardian MUST make the request. Donations to the above entity types or proof of community volunteer hours done by the teen are acceptable.

**NOTE:** We are willing to hear all cases, but we reserve all rights to approve any article removal without explanation.

*Some felony incidents will not be considered.

If approved, we will let you know and some images will take a little longer to remove especially if the images are in a group of pictures along with other accused/suspects.

All inquiries are 100% anonymous and RLS Media will NOT share, produce, or release information sent to our staff regarding the removal of data.
