There were non-life threatening injuries reported for the driver of a vehicle that crashed into several cars in Newark's West Ward overnight.
Emergency responder rushed to the 50's block of Palm Street at around 1:30 a.m. where they arrived to find a male victim injured at that location.
According to authorities, the driver of the van reportedly lost control and crashed into multiple parked vehicles in the neighborhood.
EMS transported the victim to University Hospital where police believe he was intoxicated.
There were no other injuries reported, and the investigation remains active.
