Newark Police Division is asking for the public’s assistance in locating an 11-year-old girl who was reported missing Tuesday afternoon.
According to Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda Sr., Analeeya Jeanty, 11, was last seen at approximately 3:35 p.m. in the 300 block of Goldsmith Avenue in Newark.
Authorities said Analeeya is described as African American, standing 4-foot-5 and weighing approximately 160 pounds, with short black hair. 
Police said it is unclear what clothing she was wearing at the time because she reportedly changed out of her school clothes before she disappeared.
