Police in Newark requests the public’s help locating Mr. Luis E. Pacheo, 58, of Newark, who was reported missing on July 30, 2022.
According to police, Pacheo, who is diagnosed with Dementia, was last seen at approximately 5:30 p.m. on July 29 in the 100 block of Elwood Avenue.
He was wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers and maybe in the area of Broadway, Mt. Prospect Avenue, and Bloomfield Avenue.
Pacheo, a 5’7” Hispanic male, weighs 135 pounds and has brown eyes, black hair, and a light complexion.
