ALERT: Police Seek Help Locating Missing Newark Man Suffering from Schizophrenia

Authorities in Newark seek the public’s help in locating Iqueal Murray, 31, of Newark, who was reported missing today.

Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., stated that Mr. Murray was last seen at 4 p.m. on November 23, in the 100 block of North 7th Street.

Detectives investigating this incident describe Mr. Murray as African American, 5’1” tall, and approximately 155 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, according to Newark officials.

Newark officials say he was last seen wearing a black North Face jacket, black jeans, a blue T-shirt, and black-and-white Jordan 12 sneakers. He also wears his hair in long dreadlocks.

Mr. Murray suffers from schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and seizures, Newark Police said.
