Plainfield Police Department reported that they are searching for information from the public about the disappearance of Mr. Jerome White, who mysteriously vanished from the Arista Care Nursing Home on the evening of Saturday, October 22.
At approximately 8 p.m. Mr. White walked out of the Arista Care Nursing Home located at 40 Northwood Terrace, Plainfield.
Police say he is believed to be on foot and not driving a vehicle. Mr. White suffers from cognitive impairment.
