Police in Newark seeks the public’s help in locating Ms. Talibah S. Shakur, 48, of Newark, who they say was reported missing on Saturday, April 21, 2018.
According to police, Ms. Shakur was last seen in the 400-block of Oriental Street wearing a black coat, blue jeans and a gray hat.
While police are actively searching for Ms. Shakur, they request the public’s help in quickly locating her and returning her to have a family.
