An arrest warrant has been issued for Mr. Shakur I. Harris for a carjacking in connection with an incident that occurred on Sunday, August 23 in the 200 block of S. 19th Street.
While police are actively searching for Shakur I. Harris they seek the public’s help in quickly locating this individual as part of this investigation.
Police said Harris is 5’5” to 5’6” tall, weighs approximately 140 pounds, has tattoos on both arms, and a tattoo on the top of his right hand.
