On October 14, Mr. Amir R. Jacobs,28, was reported missing from Newark.
According to Newark Police, Mr. Jacobs was last seen wearing his work uniform, which consisted of blank pants, a black shirt and black sneakers.
Police say, Mr. Jacobs' physical and mental conditions are good.
According to police, Mr. Jacobs is described as 5'9 tall, weighs 175 pounds, brown eyes, and has black hair.
Unknown possible location the victim could be heading.
