Police in Newark are looking for a man who has been missing from his residence since January 16th.
Police say Melvin Buckhana was reported missing from the 100 block from Abinger Place in the city of Newark.
He was last seen wearing a red hat, black/gray with blue jeans. Police say Melvin’s physical is good but his mental capacity is below normal.
Melvin reportedly suffers from bipolar disorder and the family thinks the victim is possibly traveling to Miami, Florida.
Police say Melvin is 6ft tall, weighs 150 pounds and has a tattoo on his arm that reads ”Matrix”.
