A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Mr. Jazmir Carter, 22, of Newark, who is being sought for a robbery that occurred on June 29.
According to a police statement, shortly after noon, the victim was robbed in the 100 block of Market Street.
Detectives investigating this incident have identified Carter as a suspect and seek the public’s help in quickly locating him as part of thIs investigation.
