A state of emergency has been declared for Atlantic, Cape May and Ocean counties at 8:29 am. due to a Blizzard Warning that will remain in effect until 7 PM tonight.
According to forecasters, whiteout conditions, with visibility under a 1/4 of a mile are likely, especially along the shore.
Winds have been nothing but whipping, even on the Mainland.
