**UPDATE 10:42am Baby Found Safe, Father Detained.**
Passaic County authorities issued an Amber Alert for a 10-month-old boy in New Jersey after they say he was allegedly abducted by his father this morning -Wednesday-.
Paterson Police said the incident happened around 7 a.m. where George Berry, 30, arrived at the residence of his child's mother in violation of a domestic violence restraining order, kicked in the front door and physically assaulted the child's mother, punching her in the face.
Authorities said Berry took the child and fled in a silver Chrysler Town and Country, which was later recovered in Paterson.
Police described Berry as a black male, approximately 5-foot-7 and 160 pounds. The child, Reign Berry, is 2 feet tall and 30 pounds. He was born on July 3, 2017.
