Academy of the Holy Angels Graduates 140th Class Amid Pandemic

The Holy Angels Academy Class of 2020 enjoyed an in-person graduation, complete with masks and social distancing, on the Demarest campus on July 28.

The Class of 2020 marked the school's 140th graduating class.

Sophia Luongo was named Senior Commencement Speaker, the highest honor AHA can confer upon a graduate. The class chose Annabel Hazrati to deliver the Senior Response, and English teacher Stephanie Gibney Dowling (AHA '08) provided the keynote address.

Together, the Class of 2020s 124 members logged 20,702 service hours and earned $23.2 million in scholarships.
