75-Year-Old Fords Man Charged with Woodbridge Vehicular Homicide

Middlesex County authorities announced the arrest and charged a Fords' man with his involvement in the death of a pedestrian who was struck with his vehicle.

According to a statement released by authorities, Mr. Andrew Hallock, 75, of the Fords section of Woodbridge, was charged with second-degree Vehicular Homicide and Driving While Intoxicated.

Officials said the initial investigation conducted by Officer Bryan Dorward of the Woodbridge Police Department and Detective Jonathan Berman of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office determined that, on January 4, at approximately 1:36 P.M., a Toyota Tundra traveling southbound on Hoy Avenue crossed over the curb at the intersection of New Brunswick Avenue and Hoy Avenue.  

Officials said the suspect's vehicle then passed into an adjacent parking lot where it struck and killed Ms. Mary Ann Logozio, 61, of Fords. 

The investigation is active and ongoing, officials said
