73-Year-Old Man Assaulted, Robbed in Newark's Ironbound Section

Newark Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the below pictured suspects in connection with a robbery on Wednesday.

According to authorities, at around 3:45 a.m., officers responded to Kossuth and Magazine streets on a call for assistance.

Police said a 73-year-old male victim had been robbed of cash and personal items.

The victim was transported to University Hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.

While police are actively searching for the suspects, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and removing them from the streets.

This investigation is active and ongoing.
