There were non-life threatening injuries reported for a child and a teenager who were struck by a car while riding bikes in Newark's North Ward on Sunday night.
According to police, the incident happened near the intersection of Bloomfield Avenue and Lake Street at approximately 9:40 p.m.
Police say the pair were riding bikes when the dark-colored car struck them then sped away from the scene.
EMS arrived at the scene and checked the victims who were expected to make a full recovery.
Newark Police are looking for the driver of the vehicle who remains at-large.
