54-Year-Old Man Killed While Loading Van in Atlantic City

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Crash Investigations Unit is investigating a fatal accident that occurred on Saturday afternoon when a Lindenwald man was killed on Brigantine Boulevard, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced.

Police say on June 26 at 12:17 p.m., Hector Salgado, 54, was killed on Brigantine Boulevard in Brigantine when a van he was loading was struck by a Honda Civic, driven by 34-year-old Joanna Huynh of Brigantine.

According to police, the fatal crash remains under investigation in a cooperative effort by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Crash Investigations Unit and Brigantine Police Department.
