ATLANTIC CITY-The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit in cooperation with the Atlantic City Police Department is investigating the fatal shooting of an Atlantic City man, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced.
According to officials, Atlantic City Police Department responded to ShotSpotter at 5:13 a.m., this morning in the area of Presbyterian Ave., where Demond Tally, 45, was found shot.
Officials say Tally was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center—City Division Trauma Unit, where he was pronounced deceased.
The investigation is active and ongoing. No further information will be released at this time.
