34-Year-Old Man Fatally Shot in Atlantic City

A 34-year-old Camden County man has been identified as the victim who was shot and killed in a shooting in Atlantic City on Sunday morning, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced.

Police say at 12:57 a.m., today, Atlantic City Police officers responded to a 911 call at Kentucky and Atlantic Avenues where officers located Anthony Crews of Chesilhurst, who was pronounced deceased at the scene.

An autopsy was conducted by the Southern Regional Medical Examiners Office and determined that the cause of death is gunshot wounds and the manner of death is homicide.

This is an active ongoing investigation by the ACPO Major Crimes Unit and the Atlantic City Police Department.
