$20K Mega Millions Ticket Sold in Passaic County

James Carey, New Jersey Lottery acting executive director, announced that there were two third-tier prizewinning tickets sold for the Tuesday, Jan. 29th drawing that matched four of the five white balls and the Gold Mega Ball drawn winning the $10,000 prize.

One of those tickets was purchased with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prize to $20,000.

Those tickets were sold at the following locations:

Passaic County ($20,000): 7-Eleven #11463, 356 Rifle Camp Rd., Woodland Park; and

Sussex County ($10,000): Bud’s Pub & Grub, 364 Route 206, Branchville.

The winning numbers for the Tuesday, Jan. 29th drawing were: 10, 33, 53, 54 and 62. The Gold Mega Ball was 22, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 02.

In addition, 14 other players matched four of the five white balls drawn making each ticket worth $500. Three of those tickets were purchased with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prize to $1,000.

Moreover, 23,590 other New Jersey players took home $87,252 in prizes ranging from $2 to $400, according to Carey.

“Congratulations to the lottery winners and to the retailers that sold the winning tickets,” said Carey. “For selling the winning tickets, the retailers have become many more Lottery ‘lucky locations’ overnight.”
