15-Year-Old Killed, Another Injured in New Jersey Shooting

A 15-year-old boy was fatally shot, and another teen was wounded following a violent shooting that unfolded Friday evening in Atlantic City, according to information sent by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.

Authorities said that at approximately 5:24 p.m. on November 7, 2025, Atlantic City Police were dispatched to the 800 block of Arkansas Avenue after receiving reports of gunfire. 

 

When officers arrived, they found a 15-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. 

 

The teen was rushed to the AtlanticCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, where he was later pronounced dead.

 

A second victim, identified as a 17-year-old male, was also transported to the same hospital and is expected to survive, officials said.

 

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office’s Major Crimes Unit and the Atlantic City Police Department are jointly investigating the shooting.
