Enrollment and Additional Forms
After RLS Media Camp receives your completed registration ($70 non-refundable) we will contact you through e-mail and postal mail. You will receive enrollment confirmation in the form of an acceptance letter and invoice.
The RLS Media Team will mail you a Parental/Guardian Information Packet containing important information about the program and the shared responsibilities. All forms must be completed and signed by the student and parent/s or legal guardian/s. Final admittance to the program is contingent on the RLS Media Camp receipt and review of all forms including recent physical/medical documentation. Forms can be scanned and e-mailed or hard copies can be mailed to our P.O. Box no later than three weeks prior to program's start date.
Deposit and Refunds
A non-refundable, $70 registration is required to secure a spot in our six-week program. The final tuition balance is due upon registration. If we do not receive the full payment by this date, RLS Summer Media Camp reserves the right to cancel unpaid applicants with no return of fees.
Prior to April 15, 2017, all tuition, except the $70 deposit, is fully refundable. For cancellations between April 15, 2017, and May 15, 2017, we will refund 50% of the tuition and fees. After May 15, there are NO refunds, except in the form of camp credit. Camp credit is transferable to family members or friends within the camp age group minus the registration fee before June 23, 2017. The seasonal nature of the program precludes any refund, camp credit, or reduction for late or non-arrival, early withdrawal or student cancellation within two weeks of the program for any cause. Students sent home in violation of our rules, for medical reasons, or at the discretion of the student, or family will receive no refund.
